The “Project Activities” section of the EMPO-HR project provides a comprehensive overview of research, professional and dissemination activities aimed at analyzing the impact of European and international law on the national legal order. The activities of the EMPO-HR project include scientific research in the field of public law, the organization of conferences, workshops and expert meetings, as well as cooperation with domestic and international experts. Special emphasis is placed on strengthening the rule of law, improving the protection of human rights and harmonizing Croatian legislation with European Union law and international legal standards.

The project activities analyze legal sources of the European Union, international law and Croatian legislation, including the practice of European and national courts, with the aim of identifying key areas for further normative harmonization. The project also addresses contemporary legal challenges such as the regulation of artificial intelligence, strengthening democratic resilience and security policies.
